    United Group, a conglomerate with over 30 companies, started its real estate journey in 1991. United Properties Solutions Ltd (UPSL), is one of United Group’s real-estate ventures in Bangladesh. Projects designed by the company have modern designs, safety, and high-tech facilities that suit businesses or residences.

    The Problem

    • Pandemic disruption to property sales

      The Covid-19 lockdown severely impacted property businesses, halting normal sales operations and creating an urgent need to find alternative ways to reach buyers.

    • Inability to conduct physical visits

      Buyers were unable to visit properties in person, removing one of the most critical steps in the property purchasing decision-making process.

    • Ban on physical property fairs

      All in-person property exhibitions and fairs were prohibited, eliminating a key channel through which UPSL would traditionally generate leads and close sales.

    • Pressure to drive immediate purchases

      UPSL needed more than just visibility — they required a campaign specifically designed to convert interest into actual flat purchases quickly and effectively.

    Our Approach

    Since physical visits were impossible, a digital campaign was designed to redirect audiences from Facebook to a Virtual Property Expo Microsite, giving buyers an immersive remote experience of the properties.

    The United Kashbon project was highlighted with a 360-degree virtual tour on the microsite, allowing potential buyers to explore the property's amenities from a unique and engaging perspective.

    Adapting content based on audience feedback

    Adapting content based on audience feedback

    When customer responses showed interest in specific details like apartment size, bedrooms, washrooms, home loans, and discount offers, the campaign messaging was adjusted to include these key attributes for better traction.

    Static posts, dynamic content, and instant experiences were created on Facebook, with CTA ads driving traffic directly to the virtual property expo's landing page to push conversions.

    User information was gathered via a pop-up form on the microsite and by following up with users who engaged through Facebook comments and messages, helping identify and focus on genuine potential leads.

    The Solution We Delivered

    01Immersive virtual property experience

    The microsite brought properties to life digitally through images, videos, and 360-degree tours, effectively replacing the need for physical visits and keeping the sales process active during lockdown.

    02 Buyer-driven content strategy

    By listening to audience feedback and adapting promotions to highlight specific property details and financial options, the campaign became far more relevant and persuasive to serious buyers.

    03Targeted audience building and retargeting

    Facebook Pixel was used to create lookalike audiences from existing engaged users, and content was remarketed to warm leads continuously throughout the campaign to maximize conversion opportunities.

    04Focused lead generation

    The combination of microsite pop-up forms and Facebook engagement follow-ups created a structured pipeline of qualified leads, allowing marketing efforts to be concentrated on the most promising prospects.
